Kusingkap kitab abad lepas
2020 tarikh tertera
zaman manusia majunya hebat
geraknya bebas, kehendaknya tak terbatas
tetiba turun serangkap gelap
muncul makhluk Allah, dari mana entah
berotak tidak bernyawa pun tidak
menyerang bertindak dengan membiak.

Terkedu manusia di seluruh dunia
musuh halus tak mampu dilawan
walau ilmu mampu membawanya melepasi awan
kini tak boleh keluar
walau dari rumah sendiri
takut diserang virus corona
insan yang lemah dan senangnya mati
hanya dihangati atau disabuni.

Kita yang hidup di zaman ini
2120 tarikhnya kini
tak mampu nak bayang apa terjadi
seluruh dunia ketika itu
kaku terkedu menunggu ubat
kalaulah Allah turuni rahmat.

ENGLISH VERSION

A BYTE OF DARKNESS

I flipped a book from the last century,
2020 was the date it displayed,
A time when the human advancement was great,
Their moves were free, their wishes unlimited,
Of a sudden a byte of darkness dropped in,
Appears a creation of God from a place not known,
Had no brain and no soul,
Attacking and acting by reproducing.

Stunned was man the world over,
A tiny enemy he could not defeat,
With knowledge that could sent him beyond the sky,
Then he could not go out even from his own house,
Afraid of being attacked by the corona virus,
A creature so tiny and would die easily,
Just by heat or soap.

We who now live at this time,
2120 being the current date,
Unable are we to figure out what really happened,
The whole world at that time,
Was stunned and shocked waiting for a cure,
If ever God decided to deliver his divine grace.
